 From what I understand, its not an unlimited amount of pepsi, its one case of 12 or 24 cans per semester.

Procrastinators got 6 cases for the first time we did it and like 8 the second time we did it.... both the same semester.... and CedarLug got a shait load.... it took 3 coolers to hold it all.... so i think you may be misinformed. |

ok ok ok so i was a bit wrong earlier...
asking a fellow senator resulting in the following info: Contact Brandon Morgan to get a budgeting packet ASAP, since you CAN start asking for funding immediatly, you are just less likely to get it. The budgeting proccess is NOW so get on it. you are eligable for a budget for next year, and for contingency funds immediatly. That is NOT true for athletic clubs (they require the 1 year provisional before ANY dispersal of funds, but NISG only reccomends the 1 year... and judging by recent debates and bills that have passed, no one is caring about it right now..) so in other words... GO GO GO!!!!!!!!!! --ama |

another update...
since you are now a club, you can do the following... deliver a set number of flyers to each dorm office, and then the RAs are supposed to put them up for you... not sure of the numbers off hand, but it makes it REALLY nice to advertise |

I'm acting-Quartermaster of Chamonix right now, so I went to a Student Government budget meeting last night. We asked for 650 dollars and got it approved without debate or comment. I think the lesson is that if you are modest at first, and remain consistent and reliable, after a while you can do whatever you want and no one will say a thing. (Last semester we asked for 950 buck cause we wanted archery equipment).
