Who’s it for? First year students and their families
Time: 5pm-6pm

June 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29 & July 6, 9

Set up may begin each afternoon at 3pm and must be finished by 4:45pm.
Please have a representative at your table no later than 4:45pm.
The fair will take place each afternoon from 5pm-6pm.

The student organization and involvement fair is designed for new students and their parents. It is part of an orientation to college life that includes: registration for fall classes, an introduction to student services, and a variety of activities designed to facilitate the successful transition to college for new students.




The 11th is still during geddon.

I again won't be able to make any of them because of 2nd shift work M-F.

So.... folks that want to practice outside and gain us some further interest from the passers-by should show up at 4:00, 4:30 at the latest, and we'll spar/practice until 6:00, 6:30. Our gathering spot can be right between the Union and the Library. There's that nice little patch of grass south of the Library entrance we can use if only a few people show up, and we can always move behind the library if we get too many for that smaller area.

Cant help you with the 11th, but I can show up for the 22nd, 25th, 29th...and to my knowledge the 6th and 9th in July should be fine too. I volunteer in KAB in the summer so I'll most likely be on campus those days anyway.

sweet. We need more people on the 6th and 9th. I will be in glacier that week so i can't be here.

Just a reminder these are mondays and thursdays (I had it wrong earlier) if people can help please do so. I want to have 2-3 of us there every time if we can just so there are multiple people to talk to those that are interested and we look like a bigger group.

I am free to do this.

I can come to pretty much all of these except for the 11th.

I'm going to get there no later than 3:30 to set up the table.
