 Fair Dates this year Here is info from an e-mail I got. Quote: 2008 Summer Orientation
Student Organization and Involvement Fair
(Please share this information with others representing your organization)
Who’s it for? First Year students and their families
Time: 5pm-6pm
Where: Maucker Union, Coffeehouse
Dates you have committed to:
June 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, 30 & July 7, 10
Set up may begin each afternoon at 3pm and must be finished by 4:45pm.
Please have a representative at your table no later than 4:45pm.
The fair will take place each afternoon from 5pm-6pm.
The student organization and involvement fair is for new students and their parents. It is part of an orientation to college life that includes: registration for fall classes, an introduction to student services, and a variety of activities designed to make the transition to college easier for new students. The information fair is an important part of the orientation.
The most important goal of the fair is to promote involvement on campus.

Re: Fair Dates this year Unfortunately my schedule isn't out yet for that first week, but I will be trying to swap days off so they match at least a couple here-- I'm more than willing to be sparring outside like we did last year, because apparently it helped. Everyone willing/able please msg me as to whether you'd be willing to spar outside the union to generate some more active interest. For practice I'd say starting at 4/4:30 and ending at 6/6:30 at the latest so the folks doing the tours get a good example.

Re: Fair Dates this year Everyone should notice that the 12th is during geddon this year. We are required to be at the fair for lose our spot. Are there people not going to geddon that would be able to help out with this. I will stay and just day trip geddon if I need to, but I would still like more people there if I could get them.
