we cant just give out a council position without calling for contenders at least in the general forum. Also, I would like to have a council meeting to discuss some house cleaning amendments to the constitution before any elections are to take place.

Yeah, Bodhi, I said (or implied, at least) that we would at least call for anyone else who wanted to run.
My point is that unless someone is going to run against Troll (and honestly, when was the last time anyone expressed interest in being on the council?), then there will be no elections, he'll just be ushered in.

listen, Im not trying to get in anyones way here, but unless things are done right they shouldn't be done. that means a call in the general forum and then a OFFICIAL grace period for people to respond. Also, an announcement at a dome practice. thats all Im asking be done and frankly it should be done every time.
