I was kind of assuming I'm running the fighting/bardic/tenacious D tournies. If you thought you were that is awesome we'll help each other. What are times I need to work around for scheduling these?

I have absolutely fantasic prize ideas. I might need a few bucks compensation but I'll keep it to a minimum. I ain't gonna spill the suprise on that here so ask me in person.

if we do it on saturday then it will just need to be done before the feast (tourneys). Other than that do what you want when you want. Do you want to go and get beef on tuesday?

What time are you going and getting it? And are you just picking it up or do you have to do other shit too or what?

if you do it right before the feast then I would suggest passing out cheese, apples, and chips for the spectators while it is going on.

apples yes cheese not so much. cheese will be of the shredded variety this year for putting in chili.
